About

My name is Tracy but friends call me Tee.

I’m a lover of books, culture and language as well as an aspiring writer.

Disclosure and Ethics: A percentage of the books reviewed on Curious Villager are provided at no cost for review or giveaway by publishers and publicists. This in no way affects the honesty of the reviews that I write. I retain full control over which books I receive for review and am careful to choose only those books I feel I will enjoy. On the rare occasion that I do not enjoy a book, I either write an honest review stating what it is I did not enjoy about the book, or I do not review the book at all. • Tee, though we may be miles apart in space and time (generationally), I couldn’t feel more connected in a familial/spiritual kind of way. Seldom see such a positive radiation of intelligent uplifting expression and it delights me. You go girl. What a really good blog. I shall return. Jan

  • You have good stories to share. Below are blogs on authors who were once aspiring writers but one day got their book published.

I hope they will inspire you to keep writing.

  • Tee! I loved your comment today and was absolutely thrilled that you found me “back” via our linked blogs. I just read your “about” section and was struck, yet again, how much we share in spirit. It is a surprising, yet interesting, by-product of the blogosphere that people from distant places can discover commonalities of interests, experiences, or even simply just spirit in this fashion. I am a busy, busy mom, working and going to school. The chances that I’d get to talk to someone (a real grown-up!) that understands, even a bit, where I’m coming from, in real life… well, the odds are long.

Isn’t it a lovely thing to know that we aren’t alone? And isn’t it funny how the act of putting a diary of sorts out here can be such a great way to keep the writing flowing, even in the face of busy lives? Cheers, Shannon aka wild4words aka moonfire
